Our client, the mother of an eleven year old girl, brought suit on behalf of her daughter for injuries suffered in a dog bite. The daughter was playing at a friend’s house but the friend’s parents left the children alone to run errands. The family’s German Shepard bit her several times on the hand and face. We received a settlement of $27,500.00 for our client.
